Damn, its been a while since I've updated this section!
The real purpose of this newsletter is to inform each and everyone who visits this site about the benefit show we have planned for June 6th. Last fall Ashley Tamburri a 17 year old girl our old high school and home town was diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer. All of us in Shattered, our great friends John Linton, Brian Stream,as well as a huge list of others had been pondering on the idea of a benefit show to help out Ashley and her family with the mounting expenses. The date is slated for june 6th like a stated above, it will be held at the Walkersville Carnival Grounds. The event kicks off at 12:00 with tons of bands, games, prizes, and food. There will also be a BMX, and skateboarding exhibition. The Cost is $10.00 to get. A fund has been set up for monetary contributions. Contributions may be made to: The Ashley Tamburri Fund, c/o Frederick County National Bank, 400 East Ridgeville Boulevard, Mt.Airy,MD 21771. All the proceeds from the benefit will go to Ashley and her Family. Please we are asking everyone for their support through this, please try to make it out to the show, or make a contribution to the fund. With the right help mabey we can prevent this from happening to others. I will have a web page up for Ashley soon with more updates on the benefit, the sponsors, the bands, and info on the family. Please check out our dates section if you want some other info.
Thanks Everyone

Things have been great for Shattered. We recently played New Jersey with some toatlly rad bands. Our CD is now out, and it is avilable to you. I added a merchandise ordering sheet to the site. It has everything on there that we have to offer. There is some shows lined up for the month of October at home in Frederick, then in November we head back to NJ for the weekend. December 31st check out Shattered at the 99.1 WHFS New Years Eve party at St.Mary's College. From there we're kicking off a tour down to Floridia then back. I will have the dates posted sometime in December. This October Shattered is artist of the month in Shock Value Webzine, they reviewed "A Good Look Back." Check out what CJ had to say about us. The link to Shock Value is on our links page. Also, take a peek at Shredding Material's link on our page, they have a review for the new album as well. If you order the zine from them you get a great Cd sampler, and a 7 inch from Miss Lonley Heart.
More pictures have been placed on the site. We are now up to fourteen pages! Most recently I added the pics from the trip to New Jersey. Take a look if you've got nothing better to do.
I did.
