HOME Velvet Tom's Red Shoe Diaries, created by friend and former roommate Tom Farnan and produced by friend and Wagnerian goddess Steph DeWaegeneer for three magical weeks in 2003. Tom sent me a set of black and white photos to noodle with, so I picked one and colorized it using a textured brush in Photoshop (very similar to the textures you'll find in the Stinky Cheese Man poster). I faded him into the background as though he slinked by streetlight underneath some Hollywood starlet's open window. Then I stole adapted the "Red Shoe Diaries" graphic. Overall, lots of fun and good work with a fast turnaround. Thanks, Tom and Steph!
