HOME More Velvet Tom, this a half-page ad in "Hans and Robyn: the Age of Hilarious". The photo comes from the same set as the earlier, "colorized" Velvet Tom, but since the program would be in black and white, it seemed to be an exercise in futility to colorize. So instead of making Velvet Tom the chaotic center of an organized photo, I took the opposite tack jazzed up the border, cloned the background and added a brushed metal texture to the left hand to make it feel very disordered. Velvet Tom's gaze just pops out of there, eh? Well, that's what I was going for.
