First, a little description. Sports Byline USA is a nationwide sports talk show which started in 1988. The host is Ron Barr, who also owns the company. Barr started with a two-hour show from 11pm-1am Eastern time Monday-Friday. It later expanded to three hours (10pm-1am Eastern M-F). A couple of years later, Barr expanded with Sports Byline USA Weekend (10pm-1am Saturday and Sunday), Sports Overnight America (1am-6am M-F), and Sports Overnight America Weekend (1am-6am Saturday and Sunday). It is now carried by over 300 affiliates nationwide, the Armed Forces Radio Network, and on the Internet. I am fortunate to be able to listen to it on local radio in Grand Forks.
