Sayyidna Muhammad (s.a.w): The Seal of the Prophets

Narrated Hazrat Abu Huraira (RAA): Allah's Apostle (s.a.w) said " My similitude in comparison with the other prophets before me is that of a man who has built a house nicely and beautifully , except for a place of one brick in the corner. The people go about it and wonder at its beauty, but say: " Would that this brick be be put in its place!" So I  am that brick and I am the lasts of the Prophets." (Bukhari) 


His Purification in childhood

Hazrat Anas (RAA) told that Jibril (AS) (Gebreil) came to Allah's messenger (s.a.w) when he was playing with some other boys, seized him, threw him down, split open his heart and took out of it a clot of blood saying, "This is the devil's portion in you". He then washed it with Zamzam water in a gold dish, repaired it, and put it back in its place. The boys went running to his mother, i.e. his foster-mother, saying , "Muhammad has been killed, "So they went to him and found him looking upset. Hazrat Anas (RAA) said he used to see the mark of the sewing in his breast," (Muslim)


Most Handsome

Narrated Hazrat Al-Bara (RAA): Allah's Apostle (s.a.w) was the handsomest of all the people, and held the best appearance. He was neither very tall nor short (Bukhari)


His Modesty

Narrated Hazrat Abu Said Al-Khudri (RAA): The Prophet (s.a.w) was a sheer than a veiled virgin girl. (Bukhari)


His Talk

Narrated Sayyidatina Aisha (RAA): The Prophet (s.a.w) used to talk so clearly that if somebody wanted to count the number of his words, he could do so. (Bukhari)


His Smile

Hazrat Abdullah bin al-Harith bin Jaz (RAA) said he had seen no one more given to smiling than Allah's messenger (s.a.w). (Tirmidhi)


Mercy to All Mankind

Hazrat Abu Huraira (RAA) said: The Prophet (s.a.w) was asked to curse the infidels. He said, " I have not been sent to curse people but as a mercy to mankind." (Muslim)

He established Rights for Animals Narrated Hazrat Abu Huraira (RAA) : The Prophet (s.a.w) said , "One of the rights is that she camels should be milked at places of water." (Bukhari)


His Manners

Hazrat Anas Bin Malik (RAA) said, "The Holy Prophet (s.a.w) had the best manners among all the human beings." (Bukhari and Muslim)


His Exalted Position

Narrated Hazrat Abdullah Ibn 'Umar (RAA): On the day of Resurrection the people will fall on their knees and every nation will follow their prophet and they will say , "O so-and so ! Intercede (for us with Allah), 'till (the right) intercession is given to the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) and that will be the day when Allah will raise him into a station of praise and glory (i.e., Al-Maqam-al-Mahmud) (Bukhari)


The Merits of His Ziyara

Hazrat Abdullah Ibn 'Umar (RAA) relates that Rasulallah (s.a.w) said: Whoever visits my grave, my intercession becomes obligatory for him (Dar-Qutni)


The Splitting of the Moon

Narrated Hazrat Anas (RAA) that the Makkah people requested Allah's Apostle (s.a.w) to show them the splitting of the moon . (Bukhari)


Human Miracles: He Changed People's Hearts

Narrated Sayyidatina Aisha (RAA): Hind Bint Utba bin Rabia came and said , "O Allah's Apostle ! By Allah, there was no family on the surface of the earth I liked to see in degradation more than I did your family, but today there is no family on the surface of the earth whom I like to honour more than  yours". Hind added, "Abu Sufyan is a miser, is it sinful of me to feed our children of his property." The Prophet (s.a.w) said , "There is no blame on you if you feed them (thereof) in a just and reasonable manner". (Bukhari)


His Prayer for Sayyidina Umar (RAA)

Hazrat Abdullah Ibn 'Abbas (RAA) reported the Prophet (s.a.w) as saying, "O Allah, strengthen Islam with Abu Jahl bin Hisham , or 'Umar bin al-khatab". In the morning Sayyidna Umar (RAA) went to the Prophet (s.a.w) and accepted Islam; then prayed openly in the Mosque. (Ahmad and Tirmidhi)
