This page came to be when a friend of mine lost her baby! She wrote this letter to her child and posted it on her page. Now just a little while ago my neighbors and friends lost their child so I thought I’d put it up here to honor the life that they have lost! So Mike and Cruth this is for you and for what might have been! I wish you the best of luck and all the happiness and love in the world and beyond! Blessed Be! You will forever be in my heart!

Letter to a lost child:

Our baby- so tiny in my womb. Just 6 - 8 weeks ago you were conceived in love; a love just as precious and beautiful as you. Even as a small spot on the ultrasound screen you took our breath away just by being the wonderful little person that you are. You are a miracle to us- a mommy and daddy who love you very much. And yet, for reasons that can't be explained, we've lost you. Maybe you had learned all the lessons that you needed to know and you went away to a better place for perfect little babies like yourself. Or maybe the gods had lessons to teach you that I and your daddy couldn't.Perhaps the angles were jealous to see such a perfect baby like yourself and had to have you to help them teach us of wonderful miracles. Or maybe you, sweet baby, were too perfect for two mere mortals like us. Our hearts are breaking from the emptiness that has come from losing you. And although you weren't born yet, our arms and our hearts ache to hold,protect, and love you. You are the perfect child and one day, once the pain and confusion have made way for acceptance, we may be able to understand why you couldn’t stay with us- a mommy and daddy who love and need you so much.Maybe one day we will speak or meet, but until then, your daddy and I know in our hearts that you are watching over us. And until that day when we meet, little one, please take care, be careful, and always remember......MOMMY AND DADDY LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
