Submitting a new banner works exactly the same way as when you first submitted your original banner.

Banner is not on the Internet
Please send an e-mail to xar-owner@onelist.com
with New Banner in the subject box, your username and password in the body area
and the banner attached. To attach a file click on the attach or paperclip button.
