Briners AFOS saw the need to develop
a system for brining fish. AFOS briners save money by recirculating
brine and they do this with the added safety of an ultra-violet light system.
Labor is reduced as well with the tray loading line. Dwell times
for these products run from one to fifteen minutes and provide your products
(such as mackerel, trout, herring, etc.) a consistent brined product with
the help of an automatic brine strength control.
