Trolley Washer

   One of the ongoing problems facing the smokehouse operator is the constant battle of keeping their trolleys and trays (trucks/racks) properly cleaned. Traditional ways of cleaning involve overspray of water, chemicals and residue which pose definite health and safety issues.  With this system this has all been eliminated as it is all contained within the unit.
    Other issues include high labor, chemical and hot water costs.  These have been eliminated through the use of cold water, recycling chemicals through a filter system, and a unique rotating and spray system.
    With the Trolley Washer, a messy time consuming job has been eliminated.
    Cycle times range from 13-20 minutes.
