Q What is Farscape?

Must-see TV. A scifi / fantasy / action / romance series of 4 seasons and a miniseries. The most colorful and creative series ever on the air, including in its characters Chiana, the greatest thing since sliced bread as dad would have said heh heh. It is available complete on home video as well as playing on Scifi Channel and perhaps elsewhere. It has an international viewership, so if you're not in the US you are still likely to find it on TV and/or on home video. Q How much of Farscape do I need to know?

It would be helpful but not absolutely necessary to know all of it. If not, then maybe at a bare, confusing minimum you could see the episodes "Durka Returns" "Nerve / Hidden Memory" "Taking the Stone" "A Clockwork Nebari" and "Peacekeeper War." Q Where does this story take place?

An artificial Nebari world. Metropolise Nirthrian Prime to be exact. It used to be a sister world to Nebar, home of the Nebari (Chiana's) people, but now it seems to have moved somehow and appears to be under a long stretch of decline and decay.

Q When is this set?

Centuries have passed since "PeaceKeeper War." Our stars, John Crichton and Chiana, do not know exactly when, therefore we do not.

Q This story leaves things wide open!

True to the concept "Destination Unclear" heh heh. It should leave one wondering. However, see next question.

Q Is Destination Unclear set for a sequel?

It's possible there may be a spin off, which may or may not be a similar style. This story is done as far as the concept that started this fic is concerned. As for a spin off. Contracts are being discussed. ;)

Q Now Farscape is over, are you still going to write more?

Absolutely. Farscape may or may not be finished, but many of its great characters and stories were not. My muse is as inspired by Chiana and everything else that inspires as it has ever been. The story of this fic does not depend upon or relate to any future Farscape developments.

Q Didn't this start as a multi-writer fic?

Yes. It started as a multi-writer affair, evolved into my mess. Parts by the other writers have been removed or rewritten by me with permission of the original author.

Q May I write anything set in DU or a spin off from it?
