Dr L's backups

Dr L's can produce sheet music, backup piano CDs, backup orchestrated CDs (e.g. with rhythm section) for you to perform to.

Larry has accompanied professionally in the Ottawa area since 1992. Classically trained, his musical theater, jazz and pop arrangements are custom created to suit the unique requirements of every soloist.

Sheet music not available? Not a problem! Larry does "lifts" of music or versions of music which don't match the printed sheet music. Transpositions, dance breaks and other custom requirements are easily handled.

Need a custom lift, or backup CD -- piano or orchestrated? Dr L's can handle this as well, whether or not you live in the Ottawa area.

In the 2002-03 season, Larry recorded more than 100 backup tracks on CD for singers, dancers and "triple threats" to practice or perform live with. Larry has done hundreds of MIDI or analog backups for Ottawa clients over the past 10 years. Lots of happy clients!

Larry continues to get "word of mouth" business from a variety of Ottawa vocal studios and from many performers, now gone on to professional careers in the arts, who still keep in touch.
