Stages for Creating an "Ideal" Collective

Stage 1 Assemble a group of like-minded individuals. Assemble talented individuals with differing talents who might be able to contribute to the one collective in their unique ways, serving the one collective goal.

Stage 2 Once a group of like-minded individuals has been assembled, the fundamental desires of each individual must be made clear to the group. Everyone's education, experience and interests must be discussed along with their own private goals and what they want to achieve. These desires must be incorporated into the collective. This stage is of utmost importance. Individuals must be elaborate and honest. Any differences must be discussed openely so that major surprises do not occur later in the collective process.
The collective must consist of no more than ten individuals. Others employed in the future by the collective to act as business consults, artistic directors, technicians, actors or for any other purpose may not necessarily belong to the collective.

Stage 3 All the work accomplished in Stage 2 must be focused into a collective goal. The fundamentals of the collective must be drafted based on these discussions. All collective members must agree with the written text of the constitution of the collective.

Stage 4 Once the collective comes into being, it must be registered as a company with government(s). There are other practical considerations for the collective that its members must deal with.
