ACUPRESSURE
"Better to hunt in fields, for
health unbought, Than fee the doctor for a nauseous draught." - John Dryden |
Acupressure is an ancient healing art that uses the application
of pressure on certain points of the body to treat diseases. It is a harmless, natural and
extremely effective alternative means to cure diseases, and has no side effects.
"Prevention is better than cure" is a very important
aspect of acupressure. Just practice it for about 10 minutes a day, and for 2-3 minutes on
babies, and you will be free from many diseases as the balance between your yin and yang
forces is restored.
Studies have also shown that acupressure acts as an anaesthetic to numb
pain. After giving acupressure treatment, an E.E.G. shows a depression of
the delta and theta waves, showing that the pain has been tranquilised.
