About Andy
Starting out his bodybuilding career under the tutelage of 1989 Jr. USA Champion and OH/WV NPC Chairman Rick Bayardi, Andy�s life has revolved around producing the highest level of physical fitness results for both himself and his clients. Drawing on the wisdom of his mentors, and 20 years of accumulated knowledge and personal experience, Andy has enjoyed a successful bodybuilding career himself, while coaching countless others to victory in all classes of competition, from amateurs all the way up to elite professionals. Not only has Andy trained many successful competitors, he has also helped many other non-competitors realize their own personal fitness goals. |
