Cannot Change Search Provider After Clicking Search

Symptoms
When you click Search on the Internet Explorer toolbar, the Choose
Provider box or Choose A Search Engine command may be missing.
Cause
This issue can occur if you are using a customized version of Internet
Explorer that has been configured to use a specific search provider.
Resolution
WARNING: Using Registry Editor
incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall
your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems
resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved.
Use Registry Editor at your own risk.

value to match the value listed.
