The Governor of California has declared Modesto a tragic scene of devastation and has also declared a state of emergency. It has long been known nation-wide that California has suffered years of drought...but none so bad as of late. It has been established that there is an ongoing Toby drought sweeping thru the west coast. With the decline in booked tour dates, with no relief in sight this has been a fatal blow to devoted fans up and down the Pacific coast line. All that remain are the shattered dreams and the sad pitiful faces of heartbroken and Toby-less fans Pat and Nanci. Please give to your local Red Cross...donations are desperately needed...LOL!
