Agreement
I am over the age of eighteen. I am participating in this regatta voluntarily. I understand that sailng and racing in the Santana 20 Class Championship Regana entails certain inherent risks to me, my crew and my boat. I appreciate and assume the risks and dangers which may be involved, including, but not limited to property damage, injuries or death. I understand that neither the race committee nor the organizing authority may have the power to eliminate or ameliorate these risks.
In consideration of being allowed to participate, (1) 1 agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing, and all other rules that govern this event. (2) I certify that I am in compliance with the safety requirements of the United States Caost Guard, the State of Wyoming and the Casper Boat Club. (3) I state that I am the skipper of my boat and solely responsible for the safety of my crew and boat. (4) I agree that I will not make any claim against the Casper Boat Club, the Santana 20 Class Association, or their respective officers, directors, members, regatta organizers, sponsors, or volunteers.
