RULES

Please carefully read the rules below before applying to HCWF.

The Havoc Championship Wrestling Federation is an electronic wrestling federation. I won't go into the general things about how an eFed works, because you should already know.

1. HOW WINNERS ARE CHOSEN

Winners are chosen in HCWF by a number of factors. The most important of these is roleplaying. (See below for roleplaying rules.) Roleplaying, however, is not the bottom line in individual matches. The better roleplayer will only come out on top at the end of a feud, usually at a pay per view. The winners of individual matches are determined by several things, including attacks, angles, and also roleplaying. So, if you're a better roleplayer than your opponent, don't be upset if he gets the upper hand on you once in a while. This is only to set up the angle better to make the pay per view matches more important.

Note: Winners in tournaments, of course, are based on roleplay quality alone. Attacks will be allowed in tournament matches, but that doesn't mean the person attacked will lose.

2. ROLEPLAYING

Roleplaying is the most important part of HCWF. Length and quality are both important. Quality not only includes what is said and done in a roleplay, but also the appearance. Basically, this means don't use colors hard to read against a black background, and don't use size 20 type. Keep it neat looking, and it'll help you out. I won't lay down alot of rules about roleplays, but please try to get at least 15 lines in and don't use too much profanity. Also, try to roleplay fairly often. I don't think once a week is too much to ask. Also, for any Out of Character (OOC) comments, use the "OOC/Shoot" Board. One more thing: for a roleplay to count for a certain card, it must be in by noon (eastern time) the day of the card.

3. TV SHOWS

Right now, the only weekly card in HCWF will be ROCKS on Saturdays. Once the results are done, they will NOT be changed unless a typographical error has been made and is called to my attention. If you don't like the results, use that as motivation to try harder. But, remember, just because you lose a match doesn't mean your opponent is better than you. It just means that an angle is being furthered. If you're the better roleplayer, you'll win out in the end at the pay per views. If you want to request a match or an attack, then use the "ATTACK/MATCH REQUESTS" form you see to the left in the menu. If you want to send in an angle request or cut a promo during one of the cards, then use the "ANGLE/PROMO REQUESTS" form in the menu.

4. ANGLES

Speaking of angles, they do play an important part in HCWF. Just to reiterate what I've said, the better roleplayer will win out in the end of an angle. This does not mean they will win every match. It only means they will be the one elevated to a higher level at the pay per views. Of course, sometimes pay per views do not end an angle, so the better roleplayer may not necessarily win all pay per view matches. Sometimes pay per view matches only further the angle and the conclusion may come at the next pay per view. I just don't want anyone complaining about "doing the job," and that's why I'm beating this point into the ground. So, please don't complain. This thing is supposed to be fun and relaxing, not something to get worked up about.
