Visa Requirements for Temporary Visitor’s Visa:

For Business:

  1. Passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines;
  2. Duly accomplished application form(s);
  3. Company guarantee letter;
  4. Copy of business registration certificate;
  5. Confirmed return or onward airline ticket;
  6. Passport photo(s); and/or
  7. Other documents which may be required, as applicable.

For Pleasure:

  1. Passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines;
  2. Duly accomplished application form(s);
  3. Company leave letter;
  4. Copy of business registration certificate;
  5. Proof of financial capability;
  6. Confirmed return or onward airline ticket;
  7. Passport photo(s); and/or
  8. Other documents which may be required, as applicable.
Processing period for Temporary Visitor’s Visa -- two days following the date of visa application (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and holidays).

III. Stateless persons.

Nationals of countries not listed above are allowed to enter the Philippines without visas for a stay of not exceeding 21 days (Hong Kong SAR, BNO and Portuguese passports from Macau are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for 7 days), provided they hold passports which are valid for at least six months beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines and valid airline tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination (the above travel advisory shall be updated when necessary).

Other information:

  1. All travellers to the Philippines on board privately-owned yachts and sailboats are required to apply for a visa regardless of the passport they are carrying.

  2.  

  3. Children under 15 years old may travel to the Philippines only if accompanied by or going to join parent (s) in the Philippines. Otherwise, they need to apply for a Waiver of Exclusion Ground (WEG) from the Bureau of Immigration in the Philippines. Processing period of the WEG takes around 2-3 weeks.
