Newton's third law of motion is a very simple one. It states that for every force there is an equal and opposite force. Another meaning of Newton's third law is that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

An example of this law is playing pool. When a pool ball is hit and it hits the side of the pool table the ball rebounds and rolls in an opposite direction of where it hit. The force of which the ball hit the side of the table is equally rebounded when the ball hits the side of the table. The ball also rebounds with the same amount force that it hit the side of the ball.

In nature and in life there is an equal and opposite force or reaction for everything.

Playing pool is an example of Newton's Third Law of Motion.
