Introduction to the High Priestess

Merry Meet

I am Melinda Taylor-Kelly, high priestess of the Witch Grass Coven. It was started by a group of people getting together with the same goal; practicing the ways of the craft.
I will tell you a bit about me. I been involved in Paganism and Witchcraft for over 18 years, much of this I did alone, as a solitary.
I have my black cord of NROOGD.
I am initiate of Se-ax Wica, Luna Mer tradition, as well as native american background. I am also an initiate of The Sons and Daughters of Hecate.
I have some training in the 1734 tradition.
I am involved in Pagan Parenting issues, the local pagan community; this being growing a strong pagan community. And I was the Local Coodinator of Pagan Pride in Tacoma, Washington.
I am the founder of The Luna Mer Tradition, which is based on and inspired by the writings of Shekinah Mountainwater and many others. Of this I run a separate woman's group called Luna del Sol.
I have three children, and two stepchildren.
I am a priestess of Aset (Isis), she has been my patron deity for the last 17 years, and possibly longer. I think she has always been in my life.
I also have strong ties to Yemaya, Kali, Sekhmet and Green Tara.
I am hoping for growning sucess of this coven, and meeting new people, who may became members of our family.
I am starting on my path to becoming a Midwife.
May you walk her path, in light,
Melinda Taylor-Kelly
