The Seekers first came to England in 1964, on a cruise liner called The Fair Sky. Originally it was to be for just ten weeks, but little did they know that they would become so popular! Their popularity kept them in the U.K for four years. They had a number of great hits, they even knocked the Beatles and the Stones off the Charts!
