Continuing to work on getting everything updated, including LC.

We welcome Stasya Farhlen, and as such in welcoming a new member I have naturally updated the Characters pages. And since it's been like a year since I updated the 'What are They' page, I rewrote the entire thing. Which means there has been some new information added, as well as a more story-like quality to it. Did some updates on other pages as well.

Updating several sections. Also, the council page has been updated today due to the elections. Congratulations to those elected.

Added a note, link located towards the top of the main page. Just a little history lesson.

Had some emails regarding Strange Fate. Obviously, the release date has been postponed but the book has not been cancelled. Eventually, the book will come out, it's just a matter of when that remains unclear.
