Intermediate Kayak Skills

Rescues

Advanced Assisted Rescues, HI Rescue, Bow Rescue, Stern Carry, Bow Carry, Hip Flicks.

Strokes

High Brace, Low Brace, Sweeping support Brace ( Forward and Reverse ) Scull for Support.

Advanced rescues and Strokes

Introduction to Rolling, Dead man rescue, Strokes for Endurance Paddling, Useless Strokes.

C to C Roll, Screw Roll, Extended Screw Roll, Pilato Roll, Empty and Full Boats, and Last but Not Least, " The Most Efficient and Effective Roll of Them All" as taught by
