Founded in 1996, the MFF is a non-profit organisation committed to nurture and develop the next generation of community and business Ieaders. Its singular focus: creating excellence in community and business leadership. Through our programmes, we share the knowledge and skills to help forwardlooking professionals have an understanding of world class best practices, so that they are able to provide world class vision and leadership in their organisations. MFF's mission and objectives are driven by three fundamental tenets:

We provide tools and the environment that managers and organisations can use to learn about themselves and map roads to achieve continuous development into the future.

We help CEOs, managers, executives and other professionals learn how to achieve maximum effectiveness and be more creative and make them well aware of the implications of their decisions to the larger concerns of our nation and the world.

In a nutshell, we want to develop caring, highly responsible professionals who always carry the torch of excellence into the future, as individuals, team players and leaders.

MFF is poised to take our nation into the next phase of nation building - a path-finding mission to seek and shape the future identity of 21st century Malaysia. It is dedicated to make Malaysians world class performers by creating for them new space and new roles to play and find their niche in the global future-oriented society.
