This pair of Lady Gouldian finches is building a nest in the nest box. The problem with breeding
these birds outside, is the seasons are different from California and Australia. So they breed
during our winter, which would be their summer. The babies have a much less survival rate, so
if you are going to breed these wonderful birds you should take them in for the winter so the
babies have a better chance of surviving.
