When it rains, you can still
use your camera, as long as it's protected from the wetness.
Glass wet with rain water provides a good distortion filter
to leave you with impressionistic images. Slow shutter
speeds permit wind to add motion to your images, adding to
the mood. For more conventional pictures, the soft lighting
of a cloudy day softens colours and decreases
glare.
