Here's a picture of sagacity in action. It's always wise to put yourself in an extremely vulnerable position such as this one with a woman you don't know.

Busting into a case without an invitation: Does Skinner know you're out there?

Going after a suspect alone: I may be a mere focused phile but I don't think that's standard operating procedure.

How the hell does Mulder know who Kristen Kilar is and what makes her happy? He just met the chick all of a day ago.

What the bleep is wrong with Mulder? How wise is it to bare your neck for some strange woman to shave you? (And I mean strange in both senses of the word.)

Unprofessional Behavior

I'm pretty sure it's considered bad form to sleep with someone connected to a case you're actively investigating.

Criminal activity

Trespassing: Once again Mulder has trouble realizing that some things he does in the course of his work can get him in trouble. When someone enters another person's house uninvited and without a warrant it's called trespassing.
