That is so Mulder. He doesn't believe something so he is completely unwilling to listen yet he doesn't see the parallels between that and how people generally treat him.
Storming into the hospital ranting like a madman. He's lucky he didn't end up in the psych ward.
Answering Skinner's questions with more questions: That is very annoying and a good way to get fired. Especially if when one taunts one's boss.
Not pulling the trigger when he had the gun on the cigarette smoking man: I really wanted Mulder to pull the trigger. He didn't have to kill him (although that would have been nice) but I wanted to see Cancerman piss his pants in fear when Mulder shot one over his shoulder.
Considering how odd his beliefs are to some people you would think that Mulder would be a little more tolerant of Melissa Scully's seemingly flaky beliefs.
Accessory to murder: Covering up a murder is a big no-no.
Assault and Battery: Not that I'm complaining because Cancerman really needs an ass kicking but it is a crime.
