Krycek:  ...You're dozing off.  Maybe I should drive. Mulder:  I'm fine. Krycek:  Well, you haven't slept yet.  I have. Mulder:  No, I said I'm fine.

No Mulder you are not fine.  Scully's disappearance has brought out every Punk instinct you have.  It's not a pretty sight.

General Punkesque Behavior

I guess being a Punk means never having to say "please."  As usual Mulder just barks orders.  Is the word please anywhere in his vocabulary?

Insisting on driving when he knows damn well he shouldn't be.  Getting himself killed is a real good way to help Scully.  Very wise.  (I won't even go into how he could have gotten Krycek killed.)

What a hard-headed man Mulder is!  Two minutes after the tram operator told him not to crank the speed past 15 Mulder jacks it up to top speed.  Apparently, Mulder is on a suicide mission.

Unprofessional Behavior

Arguing with Skinner about being taken off the case:  Did he really expect Skinner to do anything else?

Working on the case after he'd been pulled off of it.  Can we say insubordination?

Not telling Skinner what he was up to when he left to chase after Duane Barry:  Exactly how wise is it to go after someone who'd already shot a cop without backup?

Criminal Activity

Attempted Murder:  Choking the crap out of a suspect is strictly a no-no!
