Wetwired

Once again Mulder points a gun at someone when he knows damn well he won't shoot. The sad thing is the person Mulder's pointing the gun at knows this as well.

Mulder:  What's this?

Plain-Clothed Man:  Something you'll want to follow.

Mulder:  Follow where?

Plain-Clothed Man:  That's all I have for you.

Mulder:  What do you mean, that's all you have for me?  I get an anonymous e-mail to come meet you here in the middle of the night, I don't know who you are or what you want.

Then why the hell did you go there?  I don't get Mulder.  He's been beaten, shot at, strangled and generally maltreated by strange people yet he still goes out in the middle of nowhere to meet someone based on an anonymous e-mail.  Does this sound wise?

General Punkesque Behavior

Sitting around for two hours waiting for some anonymous informant:  Does he not have anything better to do in the middle of the night?  His informants haven't exactly been known for showing up when called.  Why wait around for them?

Messy!  Messy!  Mulder eats the sunflower seeds and drops the husks on the night table next to the bed.  Would it really be too much trouble to throw the husks in the garbage can?

You gotta love how Mulder chases after vehicles on foot.  Perhaps he thinks that one day he'll catch someone.

Kicking the informants car:  This was a childish not to mention potentially bone breaking display of temper.  Next time if you're going to be so childish make sure you do some damage to the car.

Pushing his way into Mrs. Scully's house:  Typical macho behavior.

Pulling a gun on Mr. X:  Why does Mulder do these things?  He pulls a gun out on someone when he knows damn well he won't pull the trigger.  You can see that Mr. X was so scared that Mulder would shoot.  Puh-shaw!
