Mulder makes almost no appearance in this episode so it's hard to fault him for what he does.  However, I can and will fault him for something he didn't do.

Because Mulder makes almost no appearance in this episode this is the only quote I could find.  Sorry it's not a good representation of his general punk ass behavior.

Not telling Scully about what he knows of her ova:  Now he's known about Scully's ova for quite some time at this point and he's still not told her.  What the hell is he waiting for?  Christmas?

What the hell was that God awful thing on Mulder's head?  He looked like a complete doofus!
