Scully: ...Why didn't you tell me, Mulder? Mulder: I never expected this. I thought I was protecting you. |
That's typical Mulder. How arrogant is that to keep information from Scully about her own body because of some delusion that he was protecting her? She had every right to know not only that her reproductive future had been stolen but also who it was that stole it in the first place.
"Why didn't you call me sooner?" That's nerve! Talk about the pot calling the kettle black Mr. "I know something about you that you don't know and I'm not telling." At this point he still hadn't told Scully everything he knew.
Mulder doesn't friggin' learn. Having pilfered the vial of green goo he doesn't even tell Scully he has it. He should have asked Scully if she would have saved Emily if she could after presenting her with the possible cure. It's easy to talk hypotheticals when one doesn't have any options.
Assault and Battery: Mulder does a real good job of scaring the tar out of Dr. Calderon.
Theft: As usual Mulder sticks his fingers into other people's proverbial cookie jars. This time it's several vials of green goo which surreptitiously end up in Mulder's pockets.
