Tsukino Chibiusa is like a little Usagi-in-training. She's strong, somewhat helpful, and curious, and she sports pink hair with odangos just like Usagi. Her birthday is June 30th (oddly, just like Usagi) and her sign is also a Cancer.
She first appeared in Sailormoon R, the second season, in Episode #60. While Usagi and Mamoru were kissing, the Luna-P ball hit Mamoru and Chibiusa fell right on top of Usagi! She pointed a gun at Usagi and demanded the ginzuishou for her enigmatic purposes, and when Usagi got home she was appalled at the fact that Chibiusa was her cousin! Her brother Shingo even called her stupid, because Chibiusa had visited many times before, and they even had the pictures to prove it.
Usagi and Luna didn't know how to react to the little wannabe odango-atama. Chibiusa was always mean to Usagi and nice to Mamoru. But Sailormoon protected Chibiusa, despite her devious actions, and Usagi soon learned to love Chibusa.
Chibiusa was in fact like Usagi, but a little more scheming. She toned down a bit after her first appearances, becoming more like Usagi everyday. She was always radiant, always jubilant. She cheered people up, much like Usagi.
Chibiusa traveled back in time because she needed to find a ginzuishou to help her mother, Neo-Queen Serenity, in the 30th century Crystal Tokyo. Known as Small Lady in the future, she was aided only by her magical Luna-P (a cat head which resembles Luna but had Sailorpluto's voice) and a time key which she was allowed to go back and forth through time with.
Chibiusa didn't exactly have a good time in the past either. She didn't exactly like Usagi but she learned to love and trust her. And she would always try to be helpful to Ikuko, Usagi's mother. Chibiusa lived with Usagi; Usagi's father Kenji, although their relationship never seemed to be portrayed; Ikuko, whom she loved dearly; and Shingo, who got along so-so with Chibiusa. If you actually think about it, Ikuko is Chibiusa' grandmother. She went to Juuban Elementary in one episode, and she met two friends named Momoko (Momo-chan) and later Kyuusuke. They rarely appeared though, as Chibiusa wasn't important to the story and the anime directors didn't care enough about her to put her friends in.
Eventually Chibiusa was captured by the Black Moon Family and turned into Black Lady, an evil entity, the product of despair and loneliness. She resembled a grown-up Chibiusa with a black moon on her forehead, like the ones on Rubeus' or Esmeraude's forehead. With the help of the Luna-P, who reacted to Chibiusa's presence, she seemed unstoppable. She felt unloved and she needed revenge on the senshi. But that was not the true case, as the Wiseman had really manipulated her. And then Sailormoon and Tuxedo Kamen found out that Chibiusa was really their daughter, so they felt more obliged to protect her... but they loved her still. They were just a little embarassed. They were determined to recover Chibiusa, and they did, providing her with the truth of love and joy (corny, I know...)
Everyone discovered how Chibiusa was close to my good friend Sailorpluto, whom she called "Puu." Puu was the one who gave her the time key and Luna-P ball so she could travel through time and search for a ginzuishou in the 20th century, as Chibiusa had lost the one of the future.
Sailormoon used the power of the ginzuishou to help defeat the Wiseman, but, she became an incarnate of Neo-Queen Serenity. Chibiusa found the other ginzuishou she had lost and she turned into Neo-Princess Serenity (or at least, she was in a gown similar to that of Neo-Queen Serenity's) and she used her own ginzuishou to help defeat Wiseman... along with the power of all the other senshi. With Wiseman defeated, Chibiusa returned to the future in Crystal Tokyo, where she was truly happy.
Then in the next season, Sailormoon S, Chibiusa returned. It was Episode #103. Well, Chibiusa returned in the form of... Sailorchibimoon! She wore a bright pink sailor fuku and wielded a small wand, and she didn't have much power at all. In fact, the first time she tried her attack, "Pink Sugar Heart Attack," it didn't work. That's because she bought the wand at K-Mart. And the second time she tried it, a bunch of small pink hearts came and stung the daimon she was fighting... but it didn't harm it at all.
So Chibiusa had her own compact, which was a yellow compact which didn't look like Usagi's, and it had a pink crystal in the middle. She said the phrase "Moon Prism Power Make-Up" and her attack was "Pink Sugar Heart Attack," from her wand.
She was more nice to Usagi, and proved to be a somewhat-helpful ally (she was, after all, training.) And Michiru and Haruka did admit she was cute, and she had become more tolerable than the last season. Then one day Chibiusa met me in a park; her hat was blown off by the wind. I stumbled around to get it, and I remember getting one of the best workouts of my life! And if you didn't know, I can heal people's injuries with a gentle touch. Chibiusa was the first person in my life to think my healing abilities were cool. She is also, in fact, my best friend. That's why I decided to make this shrine to her; she's compassionate.
Well, the Death Busters wanted to revive the Messiah of Silence... and that evil punk Kaori Night chose Chibiusa so they could extract her pure heart crystal. I remember eating it... it was sweet, yummy, and it tasted like chicken....mwahahahaha! And then I killed that evil bitch Kaori Night! YES THAT'S RIGHT DIE! Sorry, I guess I still have a little Mistress Nine left in me!
Well, Chibiusa almost died, if it were not for Mamoru. He channeled his energy to Chibiusa to keep her alive; when Sailormoon defeated Mistress Nine, I was reborn, and I restored Chibiusa's heart crystal to her. But I was Sailorsaturn, the feared soldier of destruction. Then Supersailormoon and I defeated Pharoah Ninety, and I turned into a baby again. Googoo!
And if you're wondering what happened to Chibiusa's Luna-P ball? It re-appeared at times in the third season, the S season, following Chibiusa around at times. She used it in a desperate defense attack to help the senshi, when they were trapped by Eudial. It also appeared when she was about to go back to the future....
Speaking of which, after Chibiusa was healed she got a letter from her mother Neo-Queen Serenity, and was about to go back to the future, until the other senshi needed help killing a daimon. Pink Sugar Heart Attack to the rescue! Of course, Chibiusa was here to stay, and that's a good thing.
