Hotaru here. Yes yes, here is a lit of all of Sailorchibimoon's attacks and transformations and such. No pictures though. Well, here's the list.
Moon Prism Power Make-Up!
Chibiusa first used this in Act 25 (Volume 8 of the Kodansha manga), and it last appeared in Act 33 (Volume 10). Chibiusa said the phrase, and in a flash of light she tranformed into Sailorchibimoon. She got the ability to transform when Black Lady was defeated.
Crisis Make-Up!
Sailorchibimoon first used this in Act 33 (Volume 10), and she only used it once. Sailorchibimoon used a second holy chalice and said the phrase, drank from it, and she turned into Supersailorchibimoon, very similarly to Sailormoon's "Crisis Make-Up."
Moon Crisis Make-Up!
Chibiusa first used this in Act 34 (Volume 12), and it last appeared in Act 40 (Volume 14). Chibiusa got this power from within herself, as did Usagi. She said the phrase and both Usagi and herself transformed, into Supersailormoon and Supersailorchibimoon, respectively. A double henshin. They couldn't use the holy chalice anymore, because the three outer senshi disappeared, and the nine needed to combine their powers to make the holy chalice work.
Pink Moon Crystal Power Make-Up!
Chibiusa first used this in Act 42 (Volume 15) and it last appeared in Act 48 (Volume 17). Chibiusa said the phrase and transformed. She was her royal (Neo)-Princess Serenity form when she last used it. She said the phrase and transformed into her Sailorstar suit, and her guardians, the Sailor Quartet, appeared before her. The first time she used it it was simply "Moon Crystal Power," as she was giving her powers to Eternalsailormoon, but she tranformed nonetheless. And the Sailor Quartet only appeared when she transformed after that.
Pink Sugar Heart Attack!
Sailorchibimoon first used this in Act 28 (Volume 8), and it last appeared in Chibiusa's Picture Diary (reprinted in Volume 15) . Sailorchibimoon used her new moon stick in this attack. The moon stick came when Luna-P, bouncing in from the sky, changed into her stick. To add to this, when Tuxedo Kamen touched her rod in "The Lover of Princess Kaguya" (Volume 11) it turned into "Pink Sugar Tuxedo Attack," but it was only used once.
Rainbow Double Moon Heart Ache!
Supersailorchibimoon first used this in Act 33 (Volume 10), and it only appeared once. Both Supersailormoon and Supersailorchibimoon took their moon rods as they said the phrase, and they joined their energy to blast the monster.
Twinkle Yell!
Supersailorchibimoon first used this in Act 34 (Volume 12), and it last appeared in Act 37 (Volume 13). This power was given to her by the Pegasus, and it specifically involved the Pegasus. She said the phrase and she rang the bell which she received from the Pegasus, Helios, and she said his name, the phrase, and he lended her his power or accompaniment.
Moon Gorgeous Meditation!
Supersailorchibimoon first used this in Act 34 (Volume 12) and it last appeared in Act 41 (Volume 15). Like the double henshin "Moon Crisis Make-Up" came a double attack. Supersailorchibimoon used her special Chibi-Moon Kaleidscope and said the phrase along with Supersailormoon, as they sicked their weapons at the enemy, and the enemy got destroyed.
Starlight Honeymoon! Double Therapy Kiss!
Sailorstarchibimoon first used this in Chibiusa's Picture Diary (Volume 17) and she only used it once. It was a double attack with Eternalsailormoon. The two held out their scepters, said the phrase, and the enemy vanished; the enemy the only time they used it was a ghost that was possessing me.
Pink Ladies Freezing Kiss!
Sailorstarchibimoon first used this in Act 49 (Volume 18) and it only appeared once. She said the phrase and sicked whatever she was aiming at, in the case she used it, vines. It was a combined attack with the Sailor Quartet.
