Taylor walked back into his house and up to his room. He was surprised to find Isaac and Zac sitting on their beds and watching an episode of Saturday Night Live from the 70s.
"Hey guys, how was the movie?" Taylor asked as he changed into something fit for sleeping in.
"Good, how was your little date?" Zac said, muting the tv and turning to face his brother.
"It was good, we worked on the song and she's really talented. And it wasn't a date" Taylor said, climbing into bed.
"You know that's not what I was talking about. Tell me something I want to know!" Zac said, with a smirk playing on his lips.
"Um, she was wearing a greenish shirt and jeans. You saw her, what did you think?"
"She was pretty cute." Zac admitted. "What did you think, Ike?"
"I think she likes you Tay."
"You do? You think she likes me? How do you know?" Taylor asked, suddenly interested in the conversation.
"I dunno, just a feeling I guess. Will you admit that you like her now, or do I have to keep dragging it from you?" Isaac said, smiling at his younger brother.
"I like her. I'll admit it. I like more the more I see her." Taylor said, smiling a little. Isaac let out a low whistle and shook his head.
"You really like her then, I was right. I knew you did. Tell me, Tay, did you kiss her?"
"Ike, that's personal!" Taylor said, starting to blush a bit.
"Just answer the man's question!" Zac said from his bed, still eagerly participating in on the conversation.
"No, I didn't. I'm not a walking hormone you know."
"Hold her hand?"
"No."
"Hug her even?"
"Yeah, I hugged her. But that's just because I scared her."
"What? I mean, I find you scary too, but why was she scared?" Zac asked, interested.
"We watched The Sixth Sense and she went to the bathroom and I hid and jumped at her and she got really scared," Taylor started laughing as he explained his story. "and she started hitting me and I grabbed her arm and apoligized and hugged her. It was really funny how mad she got." Taylor said.
"Only you would do that to a potential girlfriend, you know." Isaac said, chuckling. "Do you guys have any plans to meet again?"
"Yeah, on Tuesday we're working on the song after class and I'm going to stay in her dorm until her show at Reality Squared and then I'm gonna go to that. And we're working the next two Sundays too." Taylor said, clicking off his light and turning onto his side.
"Wow, that's cool that things are working out for you Tay. When are you going to tell her that you have feelings for her?" Isaac asked.
"Oh, I don't know, probably on Tuesday after her show, but I shouldn't plan because I may accidently say it as soon as I see her on Tuesday." Taylor confessed.
"Cool. I'm gonna turn in. Good night, I'll see you tomorrow." Isaac said.
"Good night Ike, night Zac."
"Night." Isaac turned his light off and the three grew quiet until their rythmic breathing was the only sound in the room.
