When Amanda died we wanted some way to remember her so we started a scholarship fund in memory of her. There are two
high school scholarships: The Amanda Lane Harman Memorial Band Scholarship and The Amanda Lane Harman Memorial Choir Scholarship.
Each one goes to a deserving senior (who turned in their application!) and their names are put on a plaque one in the band
room one in the choir room. We also have a scholarship set up at UMKC, where she was attending college, for a student in vocal
music.
