U.S.S. Aphrodite is a role-play SIM, formerly of the I.E.G. (Interstellar Explorers Guild) SIM Group. Unfortunately, due to hardships, work and other things in everyone's day to day lives, we were forced to disband the group and discontinue the SIMs, several years ago. We used to meet once a week in an AOL chat room and for 1 hour, we devoted ourselves to the Star Trek universe. --- It is my hope that I will be able to re-ignite the flame, to once again captain this fine ship and set sail at warp speed through the vast final frontier of space! (And if not...well, hey, I can at least have fun re-creating the Aphrodite website. And maybe those of you who happen by, will get a little enjoyment from it as well.)
