During the first semester the students study Constructional Technology, Functional Efficiency of Buildings, Building Services-I, Computer Applications, Project Management-I and Statistics.
A two week intensive course in Architectural Basics (For Engineers only) and Mathematics (For Architects only) is conducted to make up the respective disciplines and intended as bridge courses. These classes are held during the Mid-term break in October and the course is assessed internally for 50 marks.
In the second semester, the students study Structural Systems and Design Processes, Building Services-II, System Analysis and Operation Research, Advanced Material Science, Project Management-II and Project Seminar.
In the Third semester, the students study Building Legislation and Professional Practice, Project Management-III, Electives and Thesis has to be done.
