Meet Skamper. I had been looking through the Pet Finder web site for Pomeranians but just couldn't locate "the" dog. I noticed the links on the left side of the page called classifieds. There people had posted ads for pets wanted, pets lost, pets found, and adoptable pets. There under Adoptable pets was the ad lisitng a male pomeranian for sale, so I clicked on the email address and inquired. Rhonda Pedraza in Greensboro, NC sent me the information on Skamper and the picture you see here. She had six Pomeranians altogether along with three small boys, therefore, she felt she needed to find two of her dogs new homes. I got directions to her house, and about a week or so later, my husband and I drove to Greensboro and picked him up.
Skamper and all of his playmates at the other house shared a kiddy pool in the backyard. I was told that he loved getting in it. In the beginning Skamper had a large rubbermaid container that was his "oasis" because he didn't have to share it with any other dogs. Now he has run of the kiddy pool because his brothers and sister won't indulge in the cool water.
