"My mother used to say that there are no strangers, only friends you haven't met yet. She's now in a maximum security twilight home in Australia." --Dame Edna Everage
News BoardAll Important Events, Updates, Battles, and other member news will be posted here. Check back often for the latest information.Tuesday, January 15, 2002: Haywood finally gets to have a long heart to heart with Carol, one of our missing honorary Succubae, who is now a math and computer science major at CMSU Warrensburg. Also, the new official CAMOS collage has been denoted January's new Pic of The Month, seeing as how I can't stop playing with Photoshop. Haywood and Thomas have an interesting discussion on whether it would be possible to make animation porn using Flash...anyone interested in helping please contact Haywood. Just kidding. Sunday, January 6, 2002: CAMOS would like to actively support and promote The Quixotic, an online magazine maintained by Haywood. Please visit this site, and if you have any work that you would like to submit, PLEASE DO--they always welcome new material. Friday, January 4, 2002: Haywood and Thomas' romantic relationship ends in what CAMOS now denotes as "The Easiest Breakup Of the Millenium". They are still friends, if not closer than ever, leading us to believe that, since the same thing happened with Tum, Haywood is truly the leader--men are too intimidated to stay with her, but too drawn to leave her, sucking them deeper into her realms as "friendly" concubines. *cough* Tuesday, January 1, 2002: Welcome to the New Year, everyone. We hope this one will be just as great, if not better, than 2001. If you have any cool stories to share, or photos from your New Year's Eve festivities, feel free to email them to me at heywood417@home.com--we seem to be experiencing some problems with the CAMOS email addy. I promise to get the pictures from our annual CAMOS/MASH NYE Bash ASAP....promise. Also, PLEASE check out the link to SoulXChange on the Table of Contents Menu--I got bored. Might as well play along, huh???
Tuesday, December 25, 2001: Merry Christmas to all CAMOS and MASH members! Whereever you are, whatever you're doing, I wish you joy, happiness and friendship. ![]() Thursday, December 20, 2001: Okay, had a little more spare time, so decided to redo the colorscheme and add a new feature to the site: The Succubae Mantra!!! This was written by the First Level General Haywood herself, so it's official, and an extremely powerful spell. I've also finally repaired the Lamaie link on the FAQ page...for those who don't know, the Lamaie is a powerful band of vampiresses very closely related to the succubus legends--the link is quite informative. Wednesday, December 19, 2001: Sorry, guys, it's been a bad and hectic month. My Nana died, I had some financial problems, had to move, and things are just now settling down--you know, right before the holiday hits. Anyway, I have managed to update the quote board and the pic of the month. Enjoy. Monday, November 5, 2001: More new quotes have been added. Also, due to space constraints and loading time, part of the News Bulletin (i.e., this section that you're reading right now) has been placed in the new Archives section. This will be done quarterly from now on for the reader's convenience. There is a permanent link to the Archive section in the Content bar. MMEU's (Multi-Media Enhanced Updates) will also be done as frequently as needed. Friday, November 2, 2001: Hootie-hoo! Haywood finally finds some time to make updates. Halloween was good for everyone I think, perhaps with the exception of the dirty looks Nicole (Tum's new chica) was shooting Haywood for her "Short Skirt Long Jacket" costume--couldn't be helped, though. I looked DAMN good. Anyway, moving on...I have created a Multimedia (aka Photo) Enhanced Update for you to peruse. Click that link to go to it. New Quotes have also been added. Tuesday, October 9, 2001: After some setbacks, separations, and fixed misunderstandings, the MASH/CAMOS get-together scene is back into the usual swing. See the quotes from our most recent gathering here. Sunday, October 7, 2001: Goto finally gets all his Sparta party pics developed, and Haywood manages to get them scanned. That page will be up soon, I promise. Tonight, Courtney (a close friend of MASH and CAMOS) gets duped into taking 3 and 1/4 shots of tequila by Tum (what we call the "peanut butter on the roof of a dog's mouth effect"), and she gets a bit silly--see her quotes on the Quotes Page. Friday, September 14, 2001: Co-founder Haywood sends out a mass invitation to all LiveJournal succubae, asking that they join CAMOS, both in official membership, and in spirit in this time of tragedy. Unity and coming together, as friends and citizens, is integral to our country's stand on this act of terrorism. We are only doing our small part. Join us here. Also, page has been re-designed in our country's colors to symbolize our patriotism--we apologize for the "non-graphic" styling--as soon as I find some nice red white and blue backgrounds, I'll do another remake.
Tuesday, September 11, 2001: Happy Birthday to Hooters, Haywood's little sister and now full-fledged Succubae. But, even more important than that, CAMOS and all it's members send out their grief and prayers for all those affected by the WTC terrorist attack. Our hearts, souls, and love are with you, as fellow citizens and as fellow human beings.
