   Do you like going to such cafes? Who do you normally go with? Friends? Family? Alone? What is it about these cafes that you like so much?

   What comes into your mind when you first visualise the cafes? It is not the aroma of the coffees there, it is the NOISE and the PEOPLE! Cafes such as Starbucks and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaves, are never quiet or deserted. You see students, executives, housewives with their children, ah bengs with their ah lians, all sorts of people there all the time. How could anyone think properly over important issues at such places? 

   What do people do there? Smoke, giggle, laugh, read newspapers, lamenting about their pathetic selves or boasting about their bright future, gossiping etc. There are so many things to do, mainly wasting time away and be seen.

   Oh man! Trying to get a table at the cafes during weekends is almost the same as flying in a plane from Tokyo to Singapore. It takes ages! People's butts are stuck by superglue to the chairs. Their ice-mochas never empty out. Magically, they refill by themselves. No use staring at them. They will never leave!
