![]() | 1 to 2 tablespoons of pine nuts, toasted (Do this carefully on asheet of foil under the grill) |
![]() | 1/2 teaspoon of salt |
![]() | Optional: A tablespoon of grated parmesan (recommended, but depends on how low fat you're aiming for) |
![]() | Throw everything into a food processor |
![]() | Let it rip until everything is processed together. Degree of smoothness is a matter of personal preference. |
Use as for any pesto. Great as a pasta sauce.
