The girls crashed out of the Scottish Cup after losing 4-0 to Dundee Utd at Lochgelly High School. Despite the scoreline, Cowden put up a brave fight against their First Division opponents and the vistors didn't make the tie safe until relatively late in the game.
A cup hangover was in evidence as the girls went down 3-1 to East Kilbride the following week. This week, they hope to get back to winning ways when Inverness come calling.
