6:41 was the first film from Dobler's Pen Productions. It was part of the 48 Hour Film Project in 2003.
I co-wrote the film, and star as Ted. (We always find it interesting how close we came in tone and appearance to NBC's
The Office. Ted/Sarah in 6:41 is very similar to Jim/Pam on The Office...and pre-dates the show by a couple years.)
Break-Up
This is a national commercial that I did, which was picked up by various cable providers across the country.
This is another of the Dobler's Pen films. I co-wrote, and am the spooky "MAN" in the camera.
Shutter won the Audience Favorite award in the 2004 DC 48 Hour Film Project.
m.o.s.
"m.o.s." is a filmmaking shorthand for "without sound." For the 2005 48 Hour Film Project, Dobler's Pen drew the Silent
Film category, and this is what we came up with.
Comfort The Dead
This film was by Oozing Sarcasm and was my first experience in the 48 Hour Film Project.
The film won Best Cinematography...and in my opinion, should have won the Best Film award for Washington DC that year.
