In 2000 I discontinued the site employeerelationsinc.com as I needed to devote my attention to a large project in the electronics industry. The text of Results by Design was published in this Tripod site as a location where I could share the fundamentals that have been the foundation of my results oriented programs and interventions in the rehabilitation, personal development and employee relations fields. The official corporate site is now employeerelationsinc.ca . After eight years some links and directories still refer searches for me and my company to this site. employeerelationsinc.com is in no way affiliated with me or my company Employee Relations Inc. Results by design was developed from research conducted by James Harvey Stout and released in the public domain as "The Human Handbook". After his death, Mr. Stout requested via his website that others take his original research and continue it's development.
