With the pace and complexity of our world advancing at record speed we find ourselves on a treadmill of ever rising expectations. This is a critical time to step back and take stock of our priorities and plans. We need to stay in touch with our values while developing a clear focus for the future. More than ever before we need to understand and apply the fundamental principles that bring about our optimal performance and personal self fulfillment.

Much has been revealed over the past decade about achievement and the attainment of personal and corporate goals. People are now motivated to feel good about their lives and to seek happiness and fulfillment through their creative efforts. Those who develop this focus experience a clear sense of mission, purpose and confidence while truly enjoying their achievements. Whatever their occupation or position, they take pride in their efforts and let their job work for them by providing opportunity for expression and personal growth.

Results by Design is a comprehensive presentation relating to personal performance. Many of the concepts will be familiar to you. The real challenge ahead lies in your willingness to relax, focus, and relate the information sincerely and honestly to your life. The understanding and application of this program will result in immediate and continued results. It must be emphasized, however, that surface treatment and intellectualization of the materials will only serve to delay the realization of your true potential.

This program of study focuses on self understanding, relationships and personal results. It presents the primary concepts required for improved results in real life terms. Reflect on what each section means to you and record these thoughts in summary notes. Begin immediately to apply the principles on a daily basis. You will be encouraged by the improved results and will continue to develop a deeper understanding and command of the information and techniques.

Relax.

Trying harder is not the answer to improved results, in fact, force negates the realization of your true potential. This type of mental activity certainly creates a lot of "heat" through mental tension and anxiety but it doesn't produce the results that you are capable of achieving. By the application of right thought, not only will you demonstrate new results to yourself but you will be an illuminating influence on all around you. This information, if approached with a relaxed, enquiring mind will be a positive influence in your life and career. Allow it to expand your horizons.

You already know the basics.

You will quickly relate to the concepts in Results by Design. They are universally accepted principles that are the foundation of all philosophy, theology and science. Their validity has been tested, proven and accepted more than any other area of study known to mankind. You will quickly be able to relate to the information intellectually on a conscious level and with some study you will be able to expand upon the information at length. 

The real test is the degree to which you can internalize the ideas.  We have assembled the information in a unique fashion that will make it easier to relate to and operationalize.

You may find all that's holding you back is the sequence with which you have been applying the principles.

 

Perceptions

Is the world really the way you see it? Do you see a lovely young lady or a sallow old woman? The ear of the young lady is the eye of the old woman. This reversible figure illustrates how we can be given subtle cues which influence what we see. We tend to believe that our perception or experience of the world is reliable, "Seeing is believing", but we are not the objective observers we may think we are. Our perceptions reflect our needs, expectations, attitudes, values and beliefs. We see what we believe. Research shows that rather than passively recording details we actively process incoming stimulation, focusing on some aspects while ignoring others.

Stress, misunderstanding and conflict often occur when our self perception is inconsistent with the way in which we are perceived by others. Exploring these differences causes us to reassess our own point of view. Research, however, shows us that we hold onto our perceptions tenaciously even in the face of contradictory evidence. We will be more likely to alter our perception of the contrary evidence than our own opinions

We often go through a process of denial, refusing to question our perception of ourselves and our world, even when faced with overwhelming evidence to the contrary. For this reason, the first step in self improvement is to help us change these limiting beliefs.

Our results  reinforce our original perceptions. 

This cycle produces limiting beliefs that restrict our results.

The attitude factor

**Our  thoughts, feelings, and  actions constitute our attitude.

Our attitude controls our life experience and our ultimate destiny.

We unlock our true potential by understanding and controlling our thought.

Eighty-five percent of the factors that contribute to our results relate to attitude. 

Only fifteen percent of the factors that contribute to our results relate to skills and knowledge.

Science has proven that our world is composed of pure energy. This energy is intelligent and operates according to specific designs or patterns. Some designs are fixed and remain constant while others are in a state of constant change. It is through our interaction with this energy that we gain control over our conditions and results.

Results by Design helps you develop a practical understanding of your true self and your interaction with this energy.  This awareness promotes a higher consciousness and disciplined thought, the key to improving your results.

What you have to do and the way you have to do it is incredibly simple. Whether you are willing to do it, that's another matter.
