In Oct 2000, I happen to have a chance to visit Japan, and lucky enough I was able to meet up with the Iron Chefs in Japan (Tokyo). The Iron Chefs all have pretty busy schedules and I am really lucky happens to be in Tokyo when they are around the area. For those of you somehow bump into this page and have no idea who are the iron chefs, please visit the offical iron chef web site as well as the unofficial iron chef web site. If you have FoodNetwork channel in your area, you may also want to check their web site. Personally I recommand to visit the unoffical iron chef web site first, Stephanie "IronSteph" Masumura has done a great job of putting together an Iron Chef fans web site. On this home page I will try to give out directions on how to get to the Iron Chefs Restaurants in Tokyo area. So next time if you can spend a few days in Tokyo maybe you can give them a visit too. Personally, I have spended one day to locate the restaurants. And another two days to visit three chefs. And since I have spend the time looking for the restaurants and taken many pictures, and I hope it can atleast save you some time on looking for the restaurants. So enough saying.... Here are the three chefs I have visited.....

Japanese Iron Chef Morimoto Masaharu? Well, most
of the time he is working in NewYork, maybe if I have a chance to visit
New York, I will check him out.
