Unsorted Facts

1) You may only have ONE character at a time.
2) You can request only one duel and/or mission at a time. (One duel and mission per time is allowed)
3) Accept and don't complain about any battle or mission written in the Storyline Section.
4) Don't use VULGAR language when in the Forum.
5) Don't e-mail me (host) about unnecessary things. You can post them on the Forum and I will reply to them there.
6) This is just a RPG, so don't take things seriously.
7) Before you join, make sure you will play it or it will be a waste of time creating your character's account if you dun play.
8) Please be ORIGINAL with your character. Make your character interesting!

- Character's level: 1
- Character's HP (Hit Points): 200 (Can be increased using given skill points, only at beginning!)
- Character's default weapon: One weapon you choose from Weapon Section.
- Character's Tech slots: 5
- Character's 'Max' Skills: 2
- Starting Income: $10,000 for all players.
- Skill Points: 25 (Spend on the various character's stats).

To master RD:CN, you need to master your character. To guide you for what you need to know, I will start with the character's vital statistics.

Stats:

Strength - Strength boost character's weapon power. The higher it is, the more damage your character can inflict.

Agility - Agility is how fast a character can react. Higher Agility skill allow your character to attack before others.

Evade - Evade allows character to dodge enemies' attack. The higher your character's Evade skill is, the less likely your character will get hit.

Accuracy - Accuracy is the judgment of whether or not you will hit the target. The higher a character's Accuracy skill is, the easier for him/her to hit the target.

Toughness - Toughness reduces damage inflicted on a character. The higher a character's Toughness skill is, the lesser damage he/she will receive.

Vitality - A huge amount of skill points put on Vitality earlier in the game can help. The higher the Vitality skill is, the more HP the character will gain when levelling up.

Spirit - If physical attacks don't suit your fighting style, increase Spirit as much as possible to help your character perform well when using offensive techs.

Hit Points (HP) - By putting skill-points in this category, character's HP will rise. Each point you put in, your character will be rewarded with 100 HP. Note that the only chance to add stars to HP is when creating a NEW character)

Levelling Up:

Your character level up when he/she reach the amount of experience needed to level up. For every 3 levels he/she gain, he/she will be given five skill points to be divided among his/her stats. To split the skill points, you must contact me and tell me where would you like to put the points to.
Please note that for every level your character gain, his/her HP will increase, depending on your character's Vitality Skill.

Although your character starts of with only 25 skill points that are used to increase stats, for every 3 levels he gained, he will have another 5 skill points to spend again!

Buying & Selling Anything:

Go to Online Store to buy stuffs, or weapons at Weapon Net for your character. To purchase, send me an e-mail or post in forum about the item/s you want to purchase. Before ordering something, please make sure you have enough money (refer to your character's Money stat). When a purchase is made, I will send it to your character's inventory on the following update of the site.

If there is any item in your inventory that you wish to sell, you can sell it to me (host) and I will return you back half of the money of its initial selling price. Those that do not have an initial price will be sold as $1,000. As usual, please contact me to sell stuffs.

Anything you purchase from shops will be automatically sent to this list, same goes to anything that your character receives as rewards. The inventory can store up to an unlimited number of items.

Ammunition is an exception. Ammunition you bought will automatically be equipped on your character's weapon UNLESS you bought unsuitable ammo (wrong ammo for the weapon) or your character dun EVEN need ammo!!!

Equipping Equipments:

If your character is carrying equipments in his inventory, he/she can equip it on. A character can equip to a maximum of 5 different equipments and 1 weapon at the same time. Equipments equipped are changeable in between missions. Please inform me (host) that you want to EQUIP it if you wish to equip something.

Your character will be certainly carrying a weapon (unless you SOLD it), so let's just discuss about the 5 different equipments that can be carried at a time. The 5 types of equipments are referred to as; HEAD, ARM, BODY, ACCESSORY & JEWEL. All of the various equipments can be bought from the Online Store except for JEWEL which cannot be bought.

Only 1 equipment of each of the following type (except Jewel which can have 2) can be equipped at a time so please choose your equipments carefully!

Techs:

Techs are staples for every good character. Some raises your character's stats, some do damage to enemies while others strengthen other Techs. To buy Techs, your character must have enough money. Check the Tech File for Techs on sale. Please note there are restricted amounts your character can carry for certain techs so refer to the Tech Restriction List below.

Unlike purchasing items, bought Techs will be automatically sent to your character's Stored Tech list. To actually use Techs in battle, you must move Techs from the Stored Tech list to a vacant slot in the Active Tech list. To do this, please tell me.

Permanent Techs (such as Exp. Plus, Kill Plus) and Jewel-granted Techs will be automatically used during battles and DO NOT take up a slot in the Active Tech list.

Support Techs with an '*' next to its name found in Tech File (such as Haste, Protect) can last a whole battle so you are required to only buy 1 of each to use its full potential, although you will have to buy it again after the mission's battle.

If the initial 5 Tech slots is not enough for you, you can increase slots by equipping certain equipments or weapons.

(Current) Restriction List:

To finish off the character guide, let me end with the unique ability called 'Max' Skill.

'Max' Skill:

'Max' skill is skills that every character have. 'Max' skills allow the character to unleash special attacks with his/her character when his/her 'Max' skill Tension bar is full. When first signing up, the player must create two different 'Max' skills for his/her character. 'Max' skills will grow stronger when your character use it very often.

Nothing much to talk about 'Max' Skill, but just to take note that after SUCCESSFULLY using it a certain number of time during battles, your character will unlock his second or maybe even his third 'Max' Skill!

This is a detailed flow chart of how mission's battles roughly take place. Although it is not necessary to know how it works since all battles' calculations are done by me but I will still put it up. ^_^

Unsorted Facts:

Missions:

Missions are a "must" in this game and you will be doing a lot of missions. If you want to join a mission, e-mail me and it will take 1-3 days before the results are out. See the Mission Network in Palm Sync for more details.

Death/Friendly Duel:

There are two types of battles: Friendly match and Death match.
Friendly match is both player fight till one of their HP been reduced to 25%.
Death match is both characters fight till either one of them dies. (I don't suggest death match)
After battle:
The amount your exp. rises depend on how strong your opponent is.
The damage dealt to your character  while battling will remain permanent till you heal your character. All items and 50% of total money the loser is holding will be given to the winner if the loser was killed during the battle.

Death:

If after a battle/mission your character loses all his/her HP, it means your character has died. There are two options if you want to play again:

  1. If you want to retain the same character (retaining his name, level, all his previous stats) you may do so.
  2. If you wish to restart your account, you can change everything: Origin, Age, Name....everything. Expect a level 1 character. (Pretty straightforward isn't it?)

NOTE: If a week since your character died has pass, your previous account shall be deleted. Storyline will then announce the death of your character.

Healing Character:

Most of the time after battles, your character might be injured and will need healing. Potions can heal your character or you can go back to HQ for healing.
