FAST Logo-Making Contest

Attention all artists and aspiring logo-makers!  FAST is calling on all members to send their masterpieces for the FAST LOGO-making contest!  Why not try and have a chance of handing down the legacy of making the first-ever FAST LOGO?!!!

Criteria for Judging

Interpretation of and Relevance to the FAST Constitution - 50%
                                                               Visual Impact  - 25%
                                                Originality and Creativity - 25%
                                                                                ------------
                                                                                      100%

Mechanics and Submission of Entries

(1) The contest is open to all members, including present members and alumni.
(2) Designs must be drawn on A4 size paper, with an accompanying interpretation on a separate sheet.
(3) The maximum number of colors is five (5).
(4) Contestants may submit as many entries as possible.
(5) Entries must be submitted to LOTA not later than July 9 (Saturday), at 5 p.m.
(6) A panel of judges will pre-select the top three finalists before July 23.  The finalists will then be shown to the members prior to the awarding ceremonies of the summer sportsfest on July 23, where the members will be allowed to decide the ranking of the designs by votation.  (Weight of the scores will be as follows: Panel - 50%, Members - 50%.)
(7) A cash prize of 3,000 yen plus other gift items will be awarded to the winner.
